Pawleys scheme for factory at Hongkong has now been accepted.

Have you news? Have written Air Ministry about this project

with which I strongly disagree on the grounds that the maintenance

in peace of large aircraft industry at home will necessitate

meximum exploitation of overseas market to absorb output.
